Our Team

Founder, Debra Fried Levin

MatchDotDollars Founder Debra Fried Levin has worked for over 30 years in the nonprofit sector for a wide range of organizations. Among her positions, she served as a development director at a large university, held that same position with a small, cutting edge, educational group, and was the major gifts officer at a political think-tank. In these positions she designed and implemented development plans to build a sustainable base of support from individual and major donors.  She continues to consult with DC area small nonprofits to help them realize their fundraising potential.

Co-Founder, Amanda Johnson

Amanda Johnson reluctantly entered the world of fundraising when she accepted her first job at a small rare disease nonprofit where corporate relations was a small but terrifying part of her job description. She quickly realized how much she enjoyed building relationships and matching funders’ goals with organizational needs. She built the individual giving program at DC Central Kitchen where she oversaw donor relations, annual fund giving, major gifts, and planned giving and went on to the the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology where she grew corporate and event revenue. She currently serves as the first (and only) staff person of the ASXL Rare Research Endowment Foundation in the role of Chief Development Officer.

Treasurer, Anna Callon

Anna Callon worked for 10 years doing fundraising for organizations, large and small, including the Peace Corps, various political campaigns and a small Habitat for Humanity affiliate.  While she considers herself “retired” from fundraising, she enthusiastically agreed to serve on the MatchDotDollars board as Treasurer because she believes in our mission of helping small non-profits.  In addition to her understanding of the “business” of raising money, Anna brings years of experience serving as Treasurer of a school parent organization.
